About Me

@timwarmels on twitter for my blog updates and cool articles I’m finding.

This blog is me. So sometimes there will be entrepreneurial things, business things, science things or happiness things.

I’m an ex-director of business strategy at one of Canada’s most recognized start-ups, ex-ibanker, ex-management consultant. Always entrepreneuring, learning, travelling, athleting, eating. I’ve found financial freedom in side projects and am now focus on writing a book and launching small startups. This content found here will be indicative of my book.

What to expect here?

You will not likely find beautiful prose.
You will find content that I think tickle the brain.  Each week I will write about the most interesting thing I’ve read that week, be they in books or articles.

So what content to expect? People can be generally described by the books they’ve read…

Hello Tim, l am new to your blog and have just seen a few articles but I have read your bio and am interested in getting to know your entrepreneurial mind better. What your thoughts are on starting a business. What it takes to be successful and why being an entrepreneur is so appealing to you. Would you be willing to meet for a coffee or tea to share some insights?

Excellent book list. I’d reccomend reading Think Smart, The Spiritual Brain, This is Your Brain on Music and Power up Your Brain. Cheers!

I was hoping to see “Eye of the Needle” – Ken Follett or his latest trio?
